La Paz Waterfall Gardens Nature Park is a must-visit attraction located within the Braulio Carrillo National Park in Costa Rica. The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including jaguars, monkeys, and toucans, as well as five stunning waterfalls.
The park is open daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and admission prices vary depending on the activities you choose to participate in. General admission includes access to the waterfalls, butterfly observatory, hummingbird garden, and serpentarium, and costs $44 for adults and $34 for children. Additional activities such as animal encounters and guided tours are available for an extra fee.
To visit La Paz Waterfall Gardens Nature Park, you can either drive or take a tour from San Jose, which is about an hour away. Nearby attractions include the Poas Volcano National Park, which is open daily from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, and the Sarapiqui River, where you can go rafting or kayaking.
